Cold and cough


Cold and cough causes  
Generally cold and cough caused by cold and fired food, cold drinks, ice-cream and also environment change. When we suffer from cold and cough it is hard to eat food and stay freely. When we eat such food and cold drinks it became a toxin and reach to respiratory system through our body. 

Cold & Cough Remedies
  • The body should kept warm, specially chest, feet, throat and head too. Sweating is very good and helpful.  
  • Take mixed of lemon, sugar and ginger juice 2 to 3 times per day until you can recover. You can also mix warm water in winter season.
  • Take half of teaspoon honey and half teaspoon lemon. 
  • In case of throat pain gargle warm water with little bit yellow powder and salt.

Dos and Don'ts
The food and activities that are avoided are as follows-
  • Cold food and drinks
  • Ice-Cream and Sweets
  • Milk products
  • Sweet fruits juice
  • Breads
  • Meats
  • Nuts
  • Pastries
  • Sleep in a day
  • Cold shower
  • Stay in cold wind, fine, air conditions etc.

Followings are the activities and does in the cough
  • Boiled and streamed vegetable
  • Vegetable soup
  • Spice tea
  • Hot Milk
  • Other available
